Registration (Your Account Creation)

Please be sure to fill in all required fields marked with an * character during the registration process:

A phone number is important as this is the quickest method we can use to contact you after you have placed an order.
The Tax Identification box at the bottom of the registration form is for entering you VAT number. Failure to fill in the required fields will cause the Payment process to fail during the Checkout Process.

Payment Gateway:

We accept payments through PayPal and most major credit cards using WorldPay.


Refund & Returns Policy:

We give you 7 days from the date of placing your order in which to ‘change your mind’ about your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order within this time please let us know. Once you have returned the goods to us we will issue a full refund on the goods (any carriage charges will not be refunded in this instance).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can notify us up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging complete with paperwork.

Returns Procedure:

Send an email to sales@deck-safe.co.uk stating your invoice number and the reason for return.

In the event of the goods arriving faulty or damaged we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection and issue an RMA number that will need to be written on the invoice and returned.

If you have changed you mind we will issue you with an RMA number which you must write on the invoice before you arrange to return the goods.

Once the goods have been received back in our workshop we will issue the appropriate refund.
